Frequently Asked Questions
-
I’m an AuDHD, queer, non-binary, Jewish anti-zionist individual with chronic illness. My neurodivergent traits and queer ways of being help me think uniquely and challenge internalized ableism, which in turn fuels creative ways to support my clients.
-
Sharing space with people as they navigate their life challenges is humbling work and a constant reminder of our collective strengths and fortitude as humans. In my practice I aim to be affirming and containing while also giving non-judgmental space and freedom to try new things, make mistakes, and learn to grow new parts of yourself.

I work with clients and supervisees in New Mexico and Colorado. I provide consulting in the mental health advocacy space across Turtle Island (the United States).

Because: The original name of the united states is Turtle Island. No human being can be an alien (by definition, it isn’t possible. I checked.) Everyone deserves access to fresh foods and a safe work environment, including sex workers. I am pro-choice for abortion, and have seen the lifesaving power of gender affirming care. I try to challenge the ways racial capitalism has conditioned me to think of self-worth and productivity. I support making good trouble. I believe there is no correct body size or shape and that every person has a unique definition of health and wellness.
I believe all humans can be creative with the right supports and equity. In my clinical practice, I understand how identity intersections and the systems we exist in shape who we are and how we experience the world.
Connecting to the multiple facets of our “self” can engender greater self-understanding and opportunities for human connections that feel safe. The therapy I provide actively challenges the oppressive systems and power imbalances that impact our well-being by supporting you to reclaim your autonomy and feel empowered.

Art therapy is an expressive, sensory-friendly approach to therapy that honors all ways of communicating. You don’t need to be an “artist” to do art therapy, just a willingness to try something new.
I offer individual art therapy or adjunctive art therapy. Adjunctive art therapy supports folx who already have a primary therapist and want additional support to process with the guidance of creative self-expression. Depending on your plan, this may be covered by insurance.
-
I provide Master’s level ADHD assessments that look beyond stereotypes to understand how your brain actually works. This process is intended to be empowering, real-life oriented, and is created with late-identified, LGBTQIAP2S+, and BIMPOC adults in mind.
-
I offer in-depth, Master’s-level autism assessments that are collaborative, respectful, and rooted in real-life experience. This process is strengths-based, affirming, and especially designed for queer, trans, Global Majority, multiracial, and late-identified individuals.
