Board-certified and licensed art therapist and clinical counselor..

Sharing space with people as they navigate their life challenges is humbling work and a constant reminder of our collective strengths and fortitude as humans. In my practice I aim to be affirming and containing while also giving you the freedom to try new things, make mistakes, and learn to grow new parts of yourself.

  • I am AuDHD (Autistic & ADHD) and gained awareness of these identities later in life. My neurodivergent traits help me think in unique ways about the work I do, which helps me see creative ways to support my clients.

  • And as a queer, pansexual, nonbinary human, I aim to give a safe space for other LGBTQIAP2S+ folx. I prioritize the importance of our sessions as a safe, affirming space for you to show explore all parts of your identity and find what feels authentic.

  • I support sex work and and believe abortion is healthcare. I’m a spoonie with chronic illness and I try to challenge the ways racial capitalism has conditioned me to think of self-worth and productivity. I believe there is no correct body size or shape and that every person has a unique definition of health and wellness. In my clinical practice, this means I always try to consider how our the intersections in our identities shapes who we are and how we experience the world. Our sessions can be a place where you can challenge old ways of thinking in order to develop sustainable tools for self-worth.

  • Part of who we are and how we act is shaped by the systems we exist in. Acknowledging where we come from helps us develop greater self-understanding and opportunities for connections with others. The therapy I provide actively challenges the oppressive systems and power imbalances that impact our well-being by supporting you to reclaim your autonomy and empower yourself.
